We recommend the Workplace Bullying Institute's (WBI) training is that it is comprehensive and cutting edge with the research on the subject of Bullying and Abusive Behavior in the Workplace. WBI also works with an Action Plan by setting up a team of experts and trains these teams which will handle member complaints and/or grievances. Also WBI will provide a mentorship/partnership with stewards and union representatives . All of our levels of training are designed to tailor a Union Stewards/Representative education through a comprehensive workplace bullying program which we have recommended training for unions as part of a program that addresses both physical and mental of the targeted member. Also we add in the union tools on how to fight this issue as a workplace condition issue of the union's members. Our workplace bullying training is all about workplace abuse.
In this class, Stewards will learn what workplace bullying is and what it is not. The Steward will learn the different types of bulling and the different personalities of the bully. We discuss bullying's relationship to Domestic Violence and teach the Steward and/or Union Representatives how to recognize abusive behavior..

We start with the basics of what the power of the investigation practices, tools, and the power that the Steward has to investigate the abusive behavior. We will lead you through the process of building up the complaint from your investigation as part of your anti-bullying campaign .
Aa part of this class, you will learn the do's and don'ts of dealing with the member that has going through being bullied or abused at the workplace. We illustrate this through a simple concept. In this class, Stewards will learn the steps in planning this powerful tool that every Steward has available to them to fight abusive behavior. If the target is willing to allow the Steward to do this, this tool is more powerful than going through the complaint process and when done properly, it can be a tool that gets members to join the Union as it portrays the Union as being responsive to their needs against workplace abuse.
The Steward will learn how to properly plan the Campaign, to meet each objective along the way of the plan. If done properly, success may be achieved early in the campaign.
