We recommend the Workplace Bullying Institute's (WBI) training is that it is comprehensive and cutting edge with the research on the subject of Bullying and Abusive Behavior in the Workplace. WBI also works with an Action Plan by setting up a team of experts and trains these teams which will handle member complaints and/or grievances. Also WBI will provide a mentorship/partnership.
We start with the basics of what the power of the investigation practices, tools, and the power that the Steward has to invstigate. We will lead you through the process of building up the complaint from your investigation.

In this class, Stewards will learn what bullying is and what it is not. The Steward will learn the different types of bulling and the different personalies of the bully. We discuss bullying's relationship to Domestic Violence and teach the Steward and/or Union Representatives how to recognize it.

In this class, Stewards will learn the steps in planning this powerful tool that every Steward has available to them. If the target is willing to allow the Steward to do this, this tool is more powerful than going through the complaint process and when done properly, it can be a tool that gets members to join the Union as it portrays the Union as being responsive to their needs.
The Steward will learn how to properly plan the Campaign, to meet each objective along the way of the plan. If done properly, success may be achieved early in the campaign.
