HOW TO FIND YOUR LEGISLATOR

This template will be step 1 of a 4 step process. You will add the name of the Legislator and their email address at the top of the document. Then at the bottom of the letter, after "Respectfully Submitted" add your name.

Please Note: A Legislator's name = Senator__________ or Asemblymember_________ or Congressman___________

This is Step 2. Download this file and attach it to the letter with the next document.

This is step 3 of the process. Download this document and attach it to the letter that you downloaded in Step 1 a long with the document in step 2 that you previously downloaded and attached to the letter in Step 1.

This is step 4 of the process. Pleease use this as a model to tell your own story. It should be no  more than 2 pages long. Once you have completed it, attach it, the survey and the copy of the bill to your cover letter and email it to your legislator.
