This is how bad Bullying in the Workplace really is:

These are brain scans of a normal person versus a bullied person versus a person wiith PTSD. Both of the latter types are considered bad. This is what we are fighting to get rid of. According to our 2021 national study 79.3 million people in our country have been affected by workplace bullying. As you can see, this is what it does to your brain when exposed to it over a long period of time.

Join the Cause to End Bullying and Abusive Behavior

We are not an agency, but a group of people who have experienced workplace bullying and want to be part of social change. We want a law that will correct and prevent workplace bullying and are glad to have you join us!

Email us at chwa.capitol@gmail.com  [Jeff at California Healthy Workplace Advocates] to be added to our private email list.(All of our Activities announcements come from this system)  As you may know, there is NO LAW prohibiting “status blind” harassment, i.e. workplace bullying. We want to transform our pain into meaning by getting a law passed in California and across the United States to correct and prevent workplace bullying, much like the sexual harassment laws now do.

Proclamation

Bullying is a systematic campaign of interpersonal destruction that jeopardizes your health, your career, the job you once loved.

Bullying is a non-physical, non-homicidal form of violence. Because it is abusive it causes both emotional and stress-related physical harm.

Freedom from Bullies Week is a chance to break through the shame and silence surrounding bullying. It is a week to be daring and bold.

The power of workplace bullying is its ability to stay hidden in plain view. Make every workplace safe and take a stand against workplace bullying!

Dr. Namie Freedom from Workplace Bullies
