California Healthy Workplace Advocates Inc focuses on educating and interested individuals about issues surrounding workplace bullying. As a 501(c)(3) organization our mission is:

The Mission of California Healthy Workplace Advocates is to raise public awareness and compel our State to correct and prevent ABUSIVE WORK ENVIRONMENTS through legislation and end bullying and harassment at work. Going to work should NOT hurt. We now know that bullying not only has mental effects on the targeted person, but that there can be some long term physical effects. Here is what a donation would help us to continue:

One of our current educational efforts is supporting the Workplace Bulling Institute's Zogby International workplace bullying national survey. The latest survey was conducted  in 2024; however, the impact on workers due to the changes in our government policies, the expanded use of AI and a slowdown in our economy needs to be investigated. It is our goal to support this important effort to keep it free and available as an important resource for  individuals, researchers, and legislative efforts.

As a tax-exempt organization, by donating to these efforts and receive a tax write-off at the end of the year. An email receipt will be sent to you thanking you for your support of these efforts. We appreciate your support.

•  Campaigns for new laws against Bullying/Abusive Behavior in the workplace
• Our National Survey to determine the changes in the extent of Bullying in the Workplace in conjunction with The Workplace Bullying Institute and the Zogby Group
• Advocating for legislation against Bullying and Abusive Behaviors in the workplace
• Social media sites campaigns for action to inform Legislators to take the appropriate action on new legislation against Bullying/Abusive behavior in the workplace
• Our Monthly Meetings  that are open to the public. We usually have guest speakers, some of which are on the cutting edge of the science that is behind the knowledge of what we now know as the methodologies of treating the mental injuries from the Abusive Behavior, plus the science on the actual damage to the person who was targeted by the bully, both in the  long term and short  term For more information on the next meeting Click Here
• Long term training projects for Unions to help their members by educating their Stewards as to how to fight bullying with the tools necessary to achieve a win
• Customized Training Programs for any organization to either get rid of bullying in their workplace(s) or to create policies that keep it out of the workplace
• Preparation of materials for training  and grants projects against bullying
• Marketing/advertising our educational website to the many targets out there
• Podcasts and the necessary equipment on our You Tube Channel
• Making short videos on the trauma and health effects of Workplace Bullying to the people that are targeted by the bully. These are proven by the science that proves it. These videos would go across our 6 social media sites.

As a 501(c)(3) organization  we  can also accept donations of things like office equipment, Computers, office furniture, etc. These type of donations to us are also tax-exempt on the fair market value of these types of donations.  We will gladly accept these sorts of items.
