We offer a range of services including speaking at your event, webinars, training classes, and consulting services. We also can provide, through our partnerships with private investigators and low cost legal services through LegalShield.


Our  Instructors and Consultants  have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the effects of, policy issues, and other issues with a Toxic Work Environment and have worked with a variety of clients across multiple industries.


We work with a range of clients including entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses,  established corporations, unions plus other types of organizations that have not been listed plus individuals.


No, we will ask questions so that we can determine what type of program will be an exact fit to the organization;s needs to solve specific issues that the organization needs.. .


First of all, if you are outside of California, our partnership with LegalShield helps us to offer low cost prepaid legal services in all 50 states and Canada. It is very difficult to know the law in all 50 states and Canada to service our diverse clientele.

We also can help you engage a licensed private investigator to help the individual with their case before it goes to court. 

We also provide help with documentation, other services with organizing the client's case, obtaining some pertinent documentation and how to go about obtaining that necessary information.


Everything that we say and recommend is based upon the latest Science. We are so concerned about our clientele getting the right information, that we have a section of a small part of our research library public to answer 47 of the most common questions that our clientele has asked us over the years. 


What it means is that we can receive donations or we can charge a fee for a service. Either way, that means that either one type of payment to us, can be taken off of your taxes. At the end  of the year, you will receive a letter from us to serve as evidence to the Internal Revenue Service  of your contribution.

Bullying is a systematic campaign of interpersonal destruction that jeopardizes your health, your career, the job you once loved. 

Bullying is a non-physical, non-homicidal form of violence. Because it is abusive it causes both emotional and stress-related physical harm.

Freedom from Bullies Week is a chance to break through the shame and silence surrounding bullying. It is a week to be daring and bold.
